The 59th Annual Art of the Square Art Show will be held on April 27th, 2025 from 10am – 5pm in Merchants Square. 

Art on the Square is one of JWCW’s principal fundraisers to support community art initiatives. 

Art on the Square is a juried show that is dedicated to providing original, high-quality, handcrafted and diverse mediums of art. It is located in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg on W Duke of Gloucester Street and Colonial Williamsburg Lot P4. The event features 100 artists and is free and open to the public. Proceeds from artist booth fees are donated to visual and performing arts organizations throughout the greater Williamsburg area including Williamsburg, James City, and York counties.

We are delighted to announce that Gulay Berryman will be returning to create an original oil painting, carrying on Dick DePaul’s legacy supporting the Junior Woman’s Club of Williamsburg and Art on the Square.
